Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase and looking to return your order we're here to help! 

You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of you receiving it. All products must be in brand new condition and treats must be unopened. You are responsible for return shipping. Some products have manufacturer warranties. Please will deal with the manuafaturers directly for warranty issues.

Custom products (ie. T-shirts and handmade items) cannot be returned.


Shipping

All subscription boxes ship between the 8th-15th of each month via courier or Canada Post Expedited parcel. You will receive an email with tracking information when your parcel ships.

Other orders will ship within 3 days if we have the items in stock. Handmade items may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with tracking information when your parcel ships.
